Paula has over 25 years experience as a physio in both hospital and private practice settings. Paula has completed her post graduate diploma in exercise and sports science in 1994, then went on to achieve a Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1996, Paula is a titled member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Paula enjoys the challenge of assessing injuries from a biomechanical perspective.

Emmanuel has over fifteen years of experience in the health care industry. His passion for providing high quality health care lead him to establish LifeFit Physiotherapy in 2008.
Emmanuel has a strong focus on hands on treatment along with educating patients on long term self-management of their injuries. He has worked with local elite sporting teams including St George Football Club, Fraser Park Football Club, Sydney Olympic FC and other clubs in the St George Football Association. Emmanuel enjoys being outdoors playing football, tennis and boating.

Victoria has a wealth of experience within the field of pain management and orthopaedics, both in the UK and Australia.
Victoria obtained her bachelor's degree in Nursing, and her post graduate diploma in Professional Practice from the University of Surrey, UK, and her master's degree in Clinical Practice from the University of West London, UK. She holds nursing registration in both the UK and Australia, with endorsements as a non-medical prescriber in the UK, and as a Nurse Practitioner here in Australia.
Victoria is a member of the British Pain Society, Australian Pain Society, International Association for the Study of Pain, and the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners.
Victoria plays a key role in teaching and facilitating patients to better understand their conditions and works in partnership with them to develop plans of care that increase their function, capacity and quality of life. She has a passion for excellence and the delivery of high-quality and timely care, and works closely with Specialists, GP’s, Allied Health Professionals, and hospitals to deliver this.
Victoria’s special interests are in the clinical governance, risk management and service improvement.
